Ultraformer is a micro- and macro-focused ultrasound technology (HIFU) that works across multiple layers of the skin — from the dermis down to the muscular fascia (SMAS), the same layer surgically addressed in a traditional facelift. The controlled heating of the tissue activates fibroblasts, the cells responsible for producing new collagen, gradually replacing old, loose fibers with firmer, more organized collagen.
It is recommended for non-surgical facelifting, facial contour definition, improving sagging skin, and smoothing fine lines and wrinkles, and it can be combined with specific protocols for different goals — such as a bichectomy-like slimming effect, eyelid area lifting ("fox eyes" effect), and improving a double chin. The protocol is individualized, tailored to each patient's facial biotype, age, and goals.
The procedure requires no downtime — you can resume normal activities immediately after the session. It's common to feel a warm sensation during the treatment and slight redness or sensitivity in the following hours, which quickly fade. Results appear progressively: collagen production intensifies between 3 and 6 months after the session, with continued improvement in firmness and contour over that period.
Ultraformer is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with metallic implants or electronic devices in the area to be treated (such as a pacemaker), active infections, or active autoimmune diseases. A personalized consultation and a detailed health history review are essential before recommending treatment.
